The terms and conditions for use of the Gold by Doro's (part of 3Doro's Limited) website are detailed below and should be read carefully. We may vary these terms from time to time and therefore you should check them before you make a new purchase.

 

GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions and every transaction will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.

Please note, any use of this website or purchase made through this website constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions detailed below which shall override any other terms and conditions. Any contracts or agreements formed between you and us by means of this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

No contract will exist between you and Gold by Doro's for the sale of any product until Gold by Doro's has accepted and dispatched your order. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Only those aged 18 & over are entitled to enter into these legally binding contracts. 

All information provided will be treated in accordance with current data protection laws. These measures are taken as extra protection for you, to ensure your online shopping experience with us is as safe and secure as possible.

We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price or item availability.

We have taken care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. The images you see will depend on your monitor's display and color capabilities. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. Before you place an order you should read the following: Orders, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.

 

 

COMMUNICATION

 

Gold by Doro's method of communication is via email, Facebook or Instagram. Confirmations of orders and dispatch information will be provided to the email address given by you. 

 

 

DELIVERY 

 

For all UK orders, placed before midday we will attempt to deliver your order within 1-2 working days. Where it is not possible to meet these timescales, we will notify you and advise you of an anticipated delivery date. Our shipment method is via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day delivery service (working days). Orders given on a Friday will usually be delivered guaranteed on Monday. However, some orders could be delivered on Saturday which is depends on Royal Mail. 

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from receipt of your dispatch email, please contact one of our team straightaway. We need to be made aware of the missing parcel within 14 days of the dispatch email to be able to investigate it and claim compensation for it where necessary.

If you receive your parcel and you believe it has something missing or is damaged  please contact one of our team immediately to allow us to investigate further. You need to contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery and please retain all packaging.

Any notifications outside of the time periods mentioned above will mean that we are unable to make a thorough investigation and any claim against us for the lost item will be rejected.

At Gold by Doro's we do not give Refunds but we offer you the option to exchange or a credit will be issued for the price of the items purchased. Goods purchased from Gold by Doro's may be returned for an EXCHANGE within 3 days of purchase providing that the items are unused and in their original condition & packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons , Earrings purchased from Gold by Doro's are not exchangeable. Customised items, e.g. special orders, engraved orders, etc are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Returns that are damaged, worn, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Gold by Doro's, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.

 

EXCHANGE

 

If you would like to exchange your jewellery for a different item of the same or higher value, please contact us within 48 hours from receipt of the goods. You can contact us by telephone, Email, Facebook or Instagram. Our Customer Services team will respond to your query promptly to arrange return of the goods. You can then make an additional payment for the exchange if there is an extra amount to pay. In the event of a general exchange it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us safely and in brand new, unused condition. Goods are to be returned at your expense.

 

RETURN POSTAGE

 

Goods which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in resalable condition must be returned at your expense. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit, and therefore we recommend using an insured postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) or courier. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us.

If the item to be returned has a defect or is damaged on arrival, and is being returned for a replacement item, we will cover the postage costs by way of an immediate refund to the credit/debit card used for purchase.
